1. Returns
- We do not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered.
- This is to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards for all our customers.
2.Replacements
We do offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is spoiled or not fit for consumption
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
3.Refunds
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
4.Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient
